How to register for an account

Are you interested in opening a free account with Getsby? By following these next steps, you will get access to an account.

1. Go to Login
2. Enter all information in the column “register”. Please be sure that the details are entered correctly as you will go through a one-time verification process upon activation of the first virtual card.
3. Approve the privacy statement and press “Register”
4. You will receive a confirmation email to verify your email address.
5. Press the link in the email and get access to your account.

How to create a Virtual Card

You have created an account and are ready to order a virtual card. The next steps will guide you through the order process.

1. Go to “Create card” in your account
2. Select the balance for the card
3. Select the number of cards you want to order
4. Press “Add to cart”
5. Go to the cart page and check the order
6. Proceed to the check-out page or pay with Apple Pay of Google Pay directly
7. Select the preferred payment method and complete the order

How to activate your Virtual Card

After purchasing your first Virtual Card, you need to follow the steps below for activation.

1. We strongly recommend using your mobile phone during the process
2. You will receive an activation email within 2 minutes after your receipt of payment
3. Select ‘Activate Account’ and go to DiPocket.org
4. Enter your 8-digit token and your mobile number
5. Confirm with the code you received per SMS and complete the registration
6. Click on the link in the activation email and activate your account
7. To complete the verification process, you need to:
   ▶︎ Make two selfies, one neutral and one smiling;
   ▶︎ Scan an identification document. This can be a passport, ID card or a full driver’s license (provisional driver’s licenses are not accepted). All details must be clearly visible on the scan;
   ▶︎ And scan a proof of address. The best way to provide this, is by uploading a pdf of your energy- or phone bill which is not older than three (3) months.
8. After ±30 minutes you will get access to your account

I’ve bought a virtual card before

Good to hear you enjoyed your previous virtual card. When activating multiple virtual cards, you can easily add your new virtual card to your existing account.

1. You will receive an activation email within 2 minutes after your receipt of payment
2. Log in to your existing account at DiPocket.org
3. Select ‘Link Card’
4. Enter your 8-digit Token
5. Your new virtual card is now ready to use
6. Organize your virtual cards by tagging each card for a quick selection.
