Account Registration
Are you interested in creating a free account with Getsby? By following the steps below, you can create an account.
- Go to our web app and register via this page.
- Register using your email address and password, or quickly and easily with your Gmail, Microsoft, or Facebook (Instagram) account.
- You will then receive a confirmation email to verify your email address.
- Click the link in the email to gain access to your account.
Personal Verification
You have created an account and are ready to order your first virtual card. However, you must first complete the following steps:
- Go to Complete Your Profile.
- Enter your personal details. It is important that your first name, last name, and date of birth match your valid ID document.
- Next, we ask you to answer a few questions and agree to the terms and conditions.
- Finally, we ask you to verify your identity through our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
Creating a Virtual Card
- Once the verification process has been successfully completed, you can immediately create a Virtual Card.
- You can choose between a reloadable Debit Green Card or a single-load Prepaid Black Card.
- After completing the transaction, you will instantly have access to your card details.
