Can I receive a refund on my Virtual Card?
You can receive a refund from a webshops on your card without any problems. We would like to address that in some cases it may take up to 10 business days before the balance is back in your account. This depends on the process the provider uses for refunds.
If the refund is not visible in your account after 10 business days, we recommend that you request the Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) from the provider. With this number we can retrieve the status of the refund in our system.
